The model MIC manufactured by Bernardi Impianti offers different solutions for production capacity (from 80 to 400 t/h), structure (lower, elevated, tower) and installations (on concrete bed or faster on steel beams). This kinds of plants are the more widespread and esier to control. They also offer the best guarantee in terms of product quality. The production process is of the modern plants is fully automatic. MIC plants requires just one working operator as wall as another operator loading the feeders. The control cabin is placed strategically and inside the operator can find all necesary instruments to control and drive plant. In fact he can set the requested process parameters and determinate: production cycle, product quantity and quality, final temperature of the agregate and so on.When production parameters are defined and set, the operator work becomes a merly control function. |

HOT AGGREGATES ELEVATOR
Complete closed construction for dust seal.
Chain group with casehardened steel links, "DIN" standard. Buckets made form steel with reinforced rim. Device with counterweights for the chain streching. Guide an draft pulleys made of iron casting, wearprooof steel bolted sectors.
Electric motors drive, hunting reduction gear belts and safety sump.
Inspection doors and duct for aggregates introduction with interchangeable wearproof armors. Gallery and handrails for maintenance.
VIBRATING SCREEN
Unidirectional type with dual floatingopposed masses. Electric motovibrators, electric motor, belts and pulleys with safty sump. Compact construction protected by a hermetic seal. Aluminium inspection covers to allow a quick cheek and an easy replacement of the meshes.
Size of meshes in accordance with customer's requirement.On the front side of the screen, a bypass with electropneumatic control is arranged to transfer the aggregates to the screen or directly to the first bin of hopper.
HOT AGGREATES SELECTION GROUP
The colleting hopper for screening materials is divided into more bins.
Each bin is fillted with an opening to take material for the granulometric analysis.
Adequate overfloows permit the outlet of the materials in excess from each single section.
Discharge doors driven by pneumatic pistons with dusts seal on the shafts. Manhole. All parts subject to abrsion made of wearproof sheet of suitable thickness.
WEIGHING GROUP
Wheighing hopper for hot aggregates by means of electronic load cells with pneumatic opening. Automating setting of the hopper. Exclusion of one or more aggregates during batching cycle. Weighing hopper for fillter by means of electronic load cells with pneumatic seal opening.
Bitumen weighing tank, electrically heated, electronic load cells, pump to transfer the bitumen to the mixer, 3-way heated valve, electropneumatic control for load, overflow level, buttom discharge valve, bitumen spraying ramp heated.
MIXER
Mixer with interchangeable wearproof armors.
Discharge seal door with interchangeable wearproof armors, driven by pneumatic cylinder.
Alloy steel shafts, high resistance, assembled on external supports with bearings and thrustbearings. Seal device on shafts.
Cast-steel mixing arms with two interchangeable blade made of wearprooof material.
Drive through 2 pendular motorreducers with coupling joint.
Centrifugal exhauster with radial vanes, placed on fillter hopper, for dusts suction from screen, hoppers and mixer.
