FEEDERS

The latest range of feeders manufactured by Bernardi Impianti International are designed and realized to assure their long life. With a strong structure and treated with hot galvanization, they have a great resistance against the atmospheric agents and the abrasion of the aggregates. Their modularity allows to satisfy the most different demands of layout plant. The output is arranged by an INVERTER through a gearmotor controlled by PC

Size of meshes in accordance with customer's requirement.On the front side of the screen, a bypass with electropneumatic control is arranged to transfer the aggregates to the screen or directly to the first bin of hopper.


HOT R.A.P

The material originated from scarification R.A.P.) can be used for the production of bituminous mixture.

Bernardi Impianti proposes for his MIC plants the possibility to use again this resource through three types of feeding installations.

The first consists in putting the RAP, in the fore part of the drum dryer, near the burner, after its passage through the vibrating grid with 20 x 20 mesh, to avoid thin parts in the hammer mill. This structure permits to have a first evaporation of the dampness contained in the R.A.P. even inside the cylinder

With this solution , already experienced through several installations, it is possible to recycle up to 35%.

Another possibility consists in putting the recycled material at the foot of the hot aggregates elevator. With this solution , it is possible to recycle up to 25%

A third and last possibility for RAP, reusing consists in taking it still cold through an elevator to the weighing unit that doses it directly in the mixing unit. This solution is more exact from the point of view of the granulometry curve, but it does not allow to exceed recycles of 15-20%,


DRYERS

The latest range of dryers manufactured by Bernardi Impianti International are designed and realized to assure them a long life. Made of Carbon steel sheets with external insulation they have an internal blading for a perfect distribution of material to dry with bolted paddles on reverse for heat recovery. Movement by means of ring gear coupled to a pinion with epicycic motoreduction gear. Two rolling steel rings leaning on 4 steel rollers complete of bearings fixed on the frame with adjustable supports.


BURNERS

Universal burners working with diesel oil or heavy fuel oil or natural gas, type TC, designed and realized directly by Bernardi Impianti International. Manufactured with a special heated cam and adjustable to regulate the lenght of the flame. Inside, as well as the holed flame disk for air flow, there is a special gate with a control screw to enlarge or reduce the flame in order to get a perfect combustion. The rate air/fuel combustion is made electronically through an inverter assembled on motor of fan with servocontrol.


VIBRATING SCREENING UNITS

Unidirectional vibrating screens, horizontal or inclined, duly studied and realized by Bernardi Impianti International for the utilization on asphalt plants. The operation is made by means of electric motovibrators with the possibility to vary the amplitude of oscillation through simple adjustments.

The proper design allows to realize reliable machines with very long maintenance intervals; the manufacture of simple and solid units, allows high efficiencies with high capacity and therefore with all advantages due to reduced screening surfaces at same capacity.

Available in different sizes and shapes according to customer’s demand, all fitted with emergency hopper. Insulation with rockwool and weighing system on demand.

The model SPF with loading through bucket controlled by winch with electronic Inverter. The model SPS with direct discharge under mixer.

The model SPFNO under mixer with loading by means of horizontal shuttle.
